Sunday Lunch

As I said… lunch would be ready in a couple of hours!

We had lunch by 5pm. I had:

– ~3 tbsp of (white) rice

– 1 scoop of black beans

– 2 cauliflower florets

– 2 tbsp of mashed pumpkin

– 1 piece of roasted chicken breast (seasoned with onions)

– 6 halfs of heart-of-palms

Accompanied by… Diet Matte Tea With Lemons!

About half a glass.

Almost 6pm. WOW!

Sunday´s flying, huh?
