Finally “Food”filled

Happy Sunday, everyone!

I can´t believe tomorrow´s Monday again. Time´s flying these days, don´t you think? Haha.

First, I want to tell you guys I feel a lot better now. This past week wasn´t easy, I had tons of ups and downs… Obviously. I´ve always knew it would be tough.

And, about the anorexia debate… Mom had an appointment with my therapist on Friday. She said Clara was amazing, and that she wanted me to keep my sessions. I said nothing… Mom explained they had an amazing conversation… “We´ll talk about this later.”

I´m still waiting for that time to come.

Anyhow – I just solved my uploading problem! Which means I have a full week of photos to blog about. Ops.

Let´s start from the beggining… Where else?

  1. Hi Gabriela,
So sorry this is all going on right now. I know your mom only wants what's best for you, but it sounds like things are pretty confusing. Hang in there!

  2. It sounds like a lot of people are really looking out for you, girl! Keep fighting and striving to be healthy! Good luck!

  3. As always, I love all the fresh fruit in your posts! Your mom really does have your best interests as heart and knows you better than anyone, so when she's nagging you to eat more, remind yourself that she only wants you to be healthy 🙂 Stay strong girl! Love you!

Hey girl! Your mum just wants what's best for you but I know it's hard.
I love all the food pictures (makes me so excited when people have tons of pictures!) and your phone takes much better pictures than mine 😉 haha!
Keep going love, you are doing GREAT! XXXXXX

  5. Hun, it's so great to see your meals looking like actual meals. I'm supre proud of you! I know it's hard, and I know that you might be feeling like you're eating too much or that you don't need to be doing this, but you're definitely doing the right thing. When we're not nourishing ourselves properly, our brains have a hard time thinking logically, which is when ED thoughts become stronger. You'll start to see that the better you treat your body, the better your mind will treat you, and the anxiety will ease up. So stay strong girl!

  6. i think i would be acting like your mom if olivia ever started developing ED behaviors, its hard to see sometimes that your parents love you and want you to be healthy and happy- even though it might feel like nagging and annoying.. keep communicating with them, keep going to therapy, and keep eating what you are eating. you DO eat healthy things, but sometimes healthy can border on un-healthy, and that line can blur so easily.. so keep working hard- like you are now and don't listen to those ED voices..
    *hugs*
