Sulphur In My Eye

Hello, peeps!

No, I don´t think I still have sulphur powder in my eye. At least not that I´m aware of 😉

Here´s the thing: as lovely miss Amanda said wisely, bio/chemistry labs are quite dangerous. And I have probably underestimated how unsafe can they be. Oops.

Oh, well. No biggie. I was left unharmed 🙂

Anyhow – I´m here to update you! And, as usual, it´ll have to be quick – I have a biology test tomorrow! I know – it´s never-ending, isn´t it? Haha.

When I got back from Demi Lovato´s concert on Thursday, it was already past midnight. Unfortunately, I had completely forgotten about dinner – and eating a real meal was not an option, as I had to go to bed ASAP so I could wake up by 5am the following morning. Which made me go for the first giant fruit I saw inside the fridge: an ENORMOUS papaya slice.

Three words: hit the spot. Yuuum.

Waking up on Friday morning wasn´t the easiest thing… Hehe. What to do?

Dinner

Dinner was a bit weird… I had actually planned on having a little something before the party I was going to (my friend´s “sweet 15”):

DSCF3478

A small mango and a juicy pear

But I ended up arguing with Dad, and we fought… So, even though I was already dressed up and ready to go, he said he wouldn´t drive me there. I cried, begged – but nothing convinced him. Argh :/

As one of our top discussion topics was my eating habits, he made sure I´d eat a real dinner a few minutes later. Ugh. I felt awfully full 😦

DSCF3482

Grilled chicken breast slices with steamed veggies on a french baguette with a tbsp of yellow mustard.

DSCF3483

And he made me lick the plate clean. I admit, it was quite tasty – but I felt awkward and full! Boo!

:/

Sorry, mes amis. I´ll be back with a Monday-to-Wednesday recap tomorrow. I promise!

Love you!

XOXO

  1. Aww girl I'm sorry that you're having some drama with your dad, but he's probably just really concerned about your eating, because, honestly, sometimes it doesn't really look like you eat very much at all… at least nowhere near what you should be eating… and a piece of fruit isn't really a proper dinner in any sense of the word.

Take care of yourself, girl. It hurts the people who love you if you don't, and it hurts you in the long run as well.

  2. I miss humongous papayas for super cheap from when I was in Mexico. SO juicy!!

  3. That mango looks soo good! You must be pro at peeling them 🙂
